Gjikrokastra’s people, gathered on a rally, on October 21st,1920, directs a telegram to the Ministry of Justice on Paris, asking the innocence of Avni Rustemit, “the executioner, for high treason Esat Toptani”. Such rallies were held on other cities of the country, which was addressed the French law, with the same request.
