In Fier, on December 7th, 1919, was held a protest rally. In a letter signed by Leonidha Bogaçe, Ali Musa, Demetrius Kilica and other representatives, was declared the attitude against Italo-Greek agreement, of 29 July 1919 for the Albania separation.
