On February 3rd, 1913 in the framework of the Balkan war, began the military operations between Turkey and the Balkan allies, who fought for the expulsion of the Ottomans from the Peninsula but also for the expansion of their countries to the detriment of Albania. It appeared since in the beginning of the fighting when the Serbian-Montenegrin forces increased the pressure against Shkodra.
