Janko Theodhosi
Today is commemorated one of the old fighters for human health and life. Dr. Janko Theodhosi was born in Korca, where he took his first lessons. In Athens he continued his studies and graduated in medicine. He was specialized in pathology at the University of Sorbonne in France. As a brilliant student he took several jobs offers in Paris and Athens, but he chose the homeland, where there was more need for his work. During the Second World War his house was turned into a military hospital, where he has worked for many years. Even retired he did not stopped working until he died on December 29th, 1968.
