Meeting in Pristina, on June 26, 1878, representatives of Kosovo, Dukagjini, Dibra, Skopje, Bitola, Tetovo, Novipazar, Senica, Tashlixha and Gucie, formulated and sent to the Congress of Berlin a protest on behalf of the population of these Provinces, where they sought not to affect the entirety of Albanian lands. The Act holds the signatures of dozens of representatives of all religious denominations in Albania.
