On the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death in Boston, the tragedy of “Otello” was published in Albanian. On this occasion, the newspaper “Diellii” wrote on May 25, 1919: “The tragedy of” Otello “by the greatest dramatist of the world after Christ, William Shakespeare, translated from the English into the poem by Father Fan Noli, ended.
