Greek occupation
On October 24th, 1914 the Greek military invaded Saranda; other forces invaded Gjirokastra and Korca. Athens authorities stated in parliament that the military operation was temporary, the same attitude has the governors of Rome too, who hurried to occupy Sazan and Vlora.
