On May 20, 1923, the people of Elbasan conveyed great honors in the last apartment, Muç Albanian. He was a simple man who had done nothing extraordinary. He learned Albanian writing and singing when the Ottoman invaders had stopped it. The shop he had at the gate of the castle turned him to the sled, in the reading room and at the base, for the committees that came to town. He went to Bitola, and instead of the goods, brought books and newspapers in Albanian and often distributed them without money, thus melting all his possessions. He helped set up the Normal School for raising the national flag on November 26, 1912 and turned it into a celebration of the entire city on the day of raising the flag in Vlora.
