In the letter dated on November 14th, 1647, the nobleman George Vlodanji has written for the insurgency that has exploded in Albania against the Ottoman invaders and their efforts to connect Venice. Looking at the policy of the Republic of St. Mark, Vlodanji nobleman, advises to benefit from his assistance, especially in the arms, but do not give to the Venetians the strongholds that can be released.
