Pogradeci’s people and its surroundings, sitting in a big rally on December 19th, 1924 with a “Motion” for the Italian Legation in Durres, was protesting angrily against Serbian-Greek neighbors “that help morally and materially in their lands, armed gangs against state security and Albanian peace “.The rally was addressed to the friendly governments and civilized peoples, to “intervene to stop this new attempt against our population and against the general peace”.
