In Shkodra, on May 25, 1922, was born Fadil Paçrami, a politician, journalist and playwright. In 1942, he left the Faculty of Medicine in Bologna, Italy, and returned to Albania to be listed in the Partisan squadron. After the war, he held high state and party positions. Nine years directed the newspaper “The Voice of the People”, leaving many pages on its pages. Out of his pen came the 13 drama, which were played on our scenes. In 1975, he was charged with anti-party art and literature, was arrested and spent 15 years in prisons in Tirana, Lushnja, Burrel and Lezha.
