The Venetian Senate, assembled on May 14th, 1364, decided the destruction of the ships and the fort of Melies, which was built by the people of Karl Topi. The Senate commanded his captain Andre Geno with headquarters in Durres, for Albanians to have no armed ships in the sea and forts to be immediately destroyed.
