In a decision of the Senate of Venice dated on February 6th, 1454, is talking about a new expedition of Ottoman attacks against Albania and the proclamation that Scanderbeg makes to the Republic of St. Mark to join the forces in order to afford the Ottoman violence. The Senate evaluates eligible the strategy of the Albanian leader and instructs the Venetian rectors in cities and Arberia lands to collaborate with “the magnificent Skanderbeg, and to gather in the appropriate place”.
