The Senate of Venice, at the meeting of October 7th, 1400, examined and approved the proposal of the Albanian leaders, Koje Zaharia and Dhimitër Jonima for finalizing the agreement for joint war against the Turks, who took predatory and terrorist attacks in the Balkans.
