On October 30th, 1918, Austrian armies who lost during the World War I, left from Albanian territory. In the same date Serbian unit forces coming from Peja of Kosovo, occupied Shkodra. In this way Albanian lands tuned into battlefield past from one occupation to another, with huge materials and human life losses.
