The Central Executive Committee, set up by our emigrants in Bucharest on June 30, 1899, sent a memorandum to the Sultan and the governments of the states of Europe asking for an autonomous Albanian state. Memorandum in French and Italian was published in the newspaper “La Nazioni Albanese”.
