The Corporate Fascist High Council, the highest organ, the so-called: the Albanian state, of the time of the fascist occupation of the country was established on April 3rd, 1940. It formally executed the legislative functions. It was composed by the members of the Central Council of the Albanian Fascist Party and the Central Council of the Corporate Economy.
