On June 29, 1920, the Albanian students in Vienna, with their savings, had a dinner in honor of the great Albanian artist Aleksander Moisiu. Their compatriot was greeted by Fued Asilani, chairman of the student society “Albania”, Nush Bushati, editor-in-chief of the magazine “Djaleria” and Jani Basho, veteran of the patriotic student movement in Austria. Alexander Moisiu’s participation in the meeting organized by Albanian students in Vienna as well as loose occasions Iloji during his tours in many parts of the world shows that the great artist never denied his Albanian background.
