The Government of Vlora
On September 27th 1913 the insurgents from Dibra, inform the Government of Vlora, for liberation of Gjakova and for the fierce fighting taking place in Prizren surrounded by them. Serbs under the pressure of the uprisings were forced to release Ohrid and Struga.
