Frederik Shiroka
The world today celebrates the birth anniversary of the well-known surge on Frederik Shiroka. He was born in Shkodra on 27th September 1907 and completed his studies in Austria. After the graduation, the excellent Albanian student received a proposal to stay at the University and Graz clinics, but he preferred the poor Albania, that needed his services and exceptional talent.
