The Group of Shkodra, made his links with the neighboring countries, for a joint action, meanwhile in Shënpal, Mirditë, on December 27th,1876, was gathered a grand assembly, where was decided and concluded for the uprising. Such gatherings in the ensuing days became even Kthella, Puka and Lezha. The rebels carried out several actions against the Turkish units, which were concentrated in Mirdita.
