In Tirana, on May 26th, 1952, was born the journalist and analyst for international problems, Lulëzim Çota. After graduating from the Faculty of Political and Juridical Sciences, he worked at “Zëri i Popullit” external editorial office. During 1992-2002, he was a correspondent and analyst for the Balkans and Albania at the UPI Agency (United Press International). Later, he was a correspondent of the Portuguese newspaper “Publico”, an analyst for Albanian issues in the Bulgarian newspaper, “Standart” and a specialist at the Press Directory of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tirana.
