In Izmir, Turkey, was born on May 25, 1907, the lawyer, pedagogue and translator Fejzi Dobi. In 1922, he returned to the Homeland and after completing the Korce Lycée he attended the Law Faculty at the Lyon Academy in France. In Albania, she taught at the High School of Shkodra and later at the Korca Lycée and at the same time wrote and translated. He brought in the Albanian “Persian Letters” by French Enlightenment Sharl Montesky. During the years of occupation he worked as a lawyer in Lushnja and then moved to Kosovo where he worked in Prishtina. After liberation, he worked as a translator at the Turkish Consulate in Tirana and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1951, it was declared an element against popular power. After rehabilitation, he worked as a translator and lawyer until he retired.
