The National Council established from the elections of 1921, on April 24th, of that year, held its first session and it practically marks the beginning of the parliamentary life in our country. It had 75 deputies and completed the necessary framework for the normal functioning of state life. In December 1922, this council did the expansion of “Lushnja Statute,” Its activities were concluded at the end of September 1923.
