21 September 1451, Vatican elected the Albanian cleric Eugjen Sumen, the second ambassador near Skanderbeg

On September 21st The Holy Headquarter, elected apostolic nuncio in Albania, the Albanian cleric Eugjen Sumen. Practically, he was the second ambassador of Vatican in  Albanians land, so the ambassador near Skanderbeg.  The first ambassador was Frat Antonio da Giovinazzo or Juvenacci, who was elected nuncio on June 1447.
