On April 21st, 1919, the representatives of the Albanian national committees of the United States, Canada and Switzerland, sent a protest for the Presidency of the Peace Conference in Paris, against the predatory claims of the Italian government, for Vlora’s annexation. The letter was signed by Sotir Kolea, Pandeli Cale, etc. and was published in the newspaper, “L’Albanie” of Lausanne.
