Luigj Gurakuqi University
On 20th September 1997, in the environments of “Luigj Gurakuqi” university, in Shkodra, was held “The days of the European Cultural Heritage”, an activity that was included in the Department of the Cultural Heritage of the European Council. This event, with the topic “The Cultural Tradition in the Albanian iconography” was held in 1996 in Korça. The science rally in Shkodra was dedicated to Albanian popular architecture.
