On December 15th, 1915, the Administrative Council of the Autonomous Province of Korca leaded by Themistokli Germenji, elaborated the regulations for the public administration, for the finance, education, police, and public assistance of the civil court, drew up a budget for the development of the province.Greek-language schools were closed and were opened 60 primary schools and National Lyceum of Korca.
