The lyric poet and pedagogue Gasper Paul was born in Shkodra on August 14, 1916. Primary and high school graduated and graduated for literature in Florence, Italy. He worked as a teacher, but became acquainted with his writings. The first verses, published by the late 30s. Collaborated with the magazines “Renaissance”, “Circus” and other periodicals. His verses are traced by a light melancholy spirit and lyricism. Their main motifs are the birthplace, pure and timid love and a dream of unfulfilled happiness. He cast in many paints manuscripts, some of which were included in the volume “The Gooseneck,” published in 1959, 17 years after his death.
