The famous singer of folk music in Shkodra, Ludovik Ndoj Gjergji or Bik Ndoja, as it is known in public, was born in Shkodra on 13 August 1925. For the first time, he sang in a family wedding accompanied by a folk orchestra, Are so many in Shkodra. Since then, with his special voice, he has become known not only in Shkodra, but in all the scenes of Albania, even abroad. He has performed a great number of popular songs, not only on the stage but also on Radio-Shkodra and Radio-Radio microphones, as well as on the Albanian television screen. For his artistic activity, in 1969, he was awarded the title of “Meritorious Artist”.
