Sulltan Murati II
Considering the attempts of the Sultan for peace with the Albanians, the Senate of Venice, on 12th September 1450, decided to become a mediator for negotiations. For this reasons he chose one of the Venice rectors who studied in the land of Arbëria to keep the contacts with Istanbul.
