The Pan Albanian federation “Vatra”, the largest organization of patriotic Albanian immigrants in the United States, on November 10th, 1920, through a telegram addressed to the Minister Justice of France, requires the innocence of Avni Rustemit, who executes in Paris Esat Pashë Toptani.
