10 November 1775, the people of Shkodra did not obey the ruler who was appointed by the Empire

After the death of Mehmet Pasha Bushatlli, the Sublime Porte sent as ruler in Shkodra, Mehmet Pasha Kystendilin. As writes in a letter of November 10th, 1775, the Venetian vice-consul there, the Pashallek disobeyed and  didn’t underwent to him and in charge came the second son of Mehmet Karamahmut Bushatlliu, the most powerful ruler of Pashallek.
