1st, October 1927, the strike of tailor workers in Korça

Korça

In December 1927, the tailors of Korça, led by the “League of Workers”, went on strike. They demanded the limitation of the working day to night shift, especially for minors. The strike lasted two weeks and ended with the victory of the tailor workers.
