In the Official Bulletin on February 7th, 1938 was published the law “On the musical bands.” According to this, the musical bands of the army included “Band of the Royal Guard”, “Band garrison Tirana”, the military bands of “Fanfare of Barons”groups. The law predicted and financed the establishment of libraries with a professional literature. We must emphasize that until that time our country had no other musical formations, except the Wind Orchestra in Korca and Shkodra.
