In the Bulgarian capital Sofia on July 27, 1908, the Luaras typography “Protector” published the first issue of the newspaper “Freedom”. It deletes twice a week. Papers and other publications of the printing house were consigned secretly to Albania with the post of consulates of Austria, Italy and France to the respective consulates in Shkodra, Durrës and Vlora.
