Today is commemorated the professor and diplomat Kole Rrota. He was born in Shkodra in 1880. He has studied at the Franciscan College and in the Normal School of Klagenfurt in Austria. In 1905, he returned in Homeland and worked in the Albanian school in Prizren. In 1913 he was involved in the Diplomatic Service of Austro-Hungary. At the same time he taught the Albanian language in the Diplomatic Institute of Vienna. After the war, in 1922, he became part of the Albanian Diplomatic Service and was appointed secretary of our consulate in Vienna. He passed away on February 15th, 1965 at age of 85.
