At the hall “Esperia” Durres, the singer Tashko Tefta gave a recital concert on December 9th, 1936, for art lovers of Durres. The press of the time wrote about the participation of the representatives of the British legation and local authorities. Accompanied on piano by the pianist Lola Rybak, the soprano performed classical pieces and Albanian folk songs. A day later, the artist sang at “Rozafat” theater, in Shkodra. This activity demonstrates the desire of our artists for the revival of the artistic life in place and the development of national music.
