the Stabilization and Association Agreement
In Brussels on November 24th, 1999, was approved the report on launching negotiations to achieve the Stabilization and Association Agreement with Albania, otherwise known as the feasibility study. It marks the first step in establishment of closer relations between Albania and the European Union.
