Kujtim Hysenaj
The diplomat Kujtim Hysenaj was born on November 24th, 1947. He studied the French language and jurisprudence. In the Albanian Diplomatic Service entered in the 70’s. In 1971, became involved at delegation of the General Conference of FAO (International Organization for Agriculture), where our country was accepted as a member. Also he was a member of several governmental delegations at the Sessions of the General Assembly of the UN. For years carried out his commission of counselor at Albanian Mission to the UN in New York and in our embassy in Paris. In 1986, he was appointed ambassador in Belgrade and in 1992, Special Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
