The Greek-Turkish conference of Preveza, that was organized on November 6th, 1897, aimed to determine the new southern border of the Ottoman Empire with the Kingdom of Greece. The determination will become based on that protocol Nr.13 of the Berlin Conference that included the Albanian lands of South Epirus. Albanian patriots reacted immediately by organizing their Conference of Preveza, a month later.
