Secret Treaty of London
“Isvestja” newspaper of Moscow on November 4th, 1917, published the text of the Secret Treaty of London, concluded between Italy and Antanta. According to this document, Italy, as a reward that would be in war on the side of the block would take Vlora, Sazan and surroundings.Roma by her side, did not rejected the separation of Albania from the Balkan chauvinist’s neighbors.
