Sami Frashëri
The Albanian League of Istanbul, on 15th September 1878, announced a program for recognition of the right of Albania for an autonomous province with the name “Province of Albania”. This programs had 7 topics, that was published in the “Terxhuman shark” newspaper, leaded by Sami Frashëri.
