Lushnja Educational Congress convened on August 15, 1920, according to the duties assigned by the Lushnja National Congress. It aimed at uniting the school organization; Addressed the issues of the education system, the structure and content of the school, the language mathematics in textbooks, as well as didactic and practical issues of school work. It has decided to expand the education network and compulsory primary education for all children. Congress defined the physiognomy and national spirit of education in the independent Albanian state.
