On June 7, 1912, the leader of the anti-Ottoman general uprising, Hasan Prishtina, called on all the patriotic Albanians and the cultured world to help the Albanian rebels in their holy war for national liberation. “To help Albanians, said in the call, it is the duty of the whole civilized world and the most sacred duty of all Albanians”.
