11 May 1912 Dibra, was held “Kuvendi i Dheut”, where Dibra made a pledge to fight against the Ottoman invaders. Besa was also linked between the insurgents of Mirdita, Kthellës, Malësia e Lezhës and Bregu i Matës. That same day a gun shot at Zall of Rroboshtës, where the Turkish army broke down and left over 20 killed, many injured and armed. Such battles were day events at those times of great uprising, which led to the liberation of the country.
