On April 27th, 1911, was held the 12th Assembly of Lezha and Mirdita leaders. At this rally, was discussed the announcement of the armed uprising against the Ottoman invaders. From this date until the declaration of independence in Vlora, in Lezha, were organized three other assemblies.
