Jacomon and Vërlaci, signed in Tirana on April 21st, 1939, the agreement according to which the citizens of both countries “will enjoy all civil and political rights that they enjoy in their national land”. The document hold the firms of Xhafer Ypi, Xhemil Dino, Maliq Bushati, Fejzi Alizoti, Ernest Koliqi and Anton Beçe, who were members of the collaborationist government cabinet.
