Vasil Laci, has become one of the symbols of the anti-fascist resistance of our nation. With the murder of the Italian Emperor Victor Emmanuel III, in Durres road, on April 17th, 1941, practically was marked the beginning of the great anti-fascist uprising of the Albanian Nation showing to the world that Albania is not part of the Italian fascist empire but against it, that it was part of the great Antifascist Front Nations.
