In Palermo of Italy Francesco Stasi Peta and Zef Skiroi published on March 31st, 1887 the first monthly magazine ” Arbëri i ri “. On its pages, are prominent Arbëresh names as Serembe, Krispi, Variboba, Dara. This magazine has published for the first time parts of “Kënga e spasme e Balës”, the masterpiece of Young Gabriel Dara, Arbëresh tales collected by Xhentile Mandala, a study of the famous albanologist Gustav Meyer for the Albanians and many other writings.
